The Jordan Distributors inc. L15 Swap Conversion Wiring Harness is designed for those people who have decided to install an L15 turbo engine into their vehicle.

If your engine of choice is the L15 (16-21 Civic 1.5T and 17-21 Civic Si) and you plan to use the OEM 16-21 Civic (1.5T manual) or 17-21 Honda Civic Si ECU, then we can help you get it running.

What is included with the L15 Turbo Engine Swap Conversion Harness?

The relay box includes a fuel pump relay, main relay, injector relay, ignition coil relay and sub relay. The harness comes with an OBD2 port for use with Hondata FlashPro or for checking codes with a scan tool. All L15 swap conversion harnesses that we sell, both the universal version or the vehicle specific versioin like this one, will be prewired for all emissions related devices such as evap canister and fuel tank pressure sensor.

For gauges, we recommend using your phone or tablet to connect to your Hondata FlashPro. This will allow you to view all of the engine computer data as well as set it up as a dash with the Hondata app.

What engine harness does the L15 turbo conversion harness work with?

• This harness works with all 16-21 Civic 1.5T with manual transmission  or 17-21 Civic Si engine harnesses.

• Please note: If your engine harness is from a Civic EX or Sport then you must also use the EX/Sport ECU and MAF sensor. 

• If your engine harness is from a Civic Si then you must also use the Si ECU and MAF sensor.  

• Support for the Accord 1.5T, CRV 1.5T and 22+ Civic 1.5T engine harnesses is coming soon.

What type of connectors and terminals do we use?

When we construct a Jordan Distributors inc. harness we utilize brand new connectors, terminals and wire. We do not reuse any used components. This ensures that you get a brand new and high quality wire harness. In addition, all new connectors decrease the chance for errors in the harness as we do not solder any of the joints. Every harness is hand made and extensively tested to ensure that the harness we send you works perfectly the first time.

To ensure a trouble-free install, we include a link to our installation guide video. The most valuable thing you get when you purchase a Jordan Distributors inc. harness is full tech support. Notes:

Battery Location:

This kit will include a harness for the LIN sensor 60 inches from fuse box. $40 upcharge for custom length LIN battery sensor harness. This LIN battery sensor is required for the engine to operate and cannot be omitted. You can use the entire negative battery cable from the 16-21 Civic. 

ECT2 location:

This kit will include a harness for the ECT2 (engine coolant temperature) sensor 72 inches from the fuse box. $20 uncharge for custom length ECT2 sensor harness. If your radiator does not have a mounting provision for this sensor, you can use an inline coolant sensor adapter.

Emissions: 

We will have connectors for fuel tank pressure and evap to satisfy emissions. Final testing is being conducted currently to get BAR and CARB approval. 

Throttle pedal:

This kit is designed to use the 10th generation Civic throttle pedal. Any 2016-2021 Civic pedal will work (base or Si). The lead from the PCM connector to the throttle pedal connector will be 60 inches. We also offer an adapter harness to use the 04-08 TL/TSX, 03-07 Accord or 07-11 Element TPPS (throttle pedal position sensor). This harness will be 48 inches. Using the TPPS from these vehicles will allow you to use your original throttle pedal without needing to mount the 10th gen Civic pedal. Please note: you will need the 07-11 Element throttle cable along with whichever TPPS you choose. If you select this option, we will include this adapter harness for you. the main harness will still work with the 10th generation Civic pedal, meaning you will have the option to use either.

Air Conditioning:

Under development now. All harnesses are pre-wired for this to function.
